Brandon Edwards is a newcomer at Rouen

Rouen Metropole Basket (ProB) strengthened their roster with addition of 29-year old American forward Brandon Edwards (198cm-102kg-91, college: UT Arlington) for season 2021-22. Edwards is the second import player in the roster as Serbian Filip Adamovic signed here earlier.
He played most recently at Gries/Oberhoffen. In 33 ProB games in France he recorded 14.6ppg and 6.4rpg last season. A very spectacular year in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProB Honorable Mention.
The previous (19-20) season he played at Macau Black Bears in Chinese league where in 12 ASEAN League games he averaged impressive 18.0ppg, 11.4rpg, 1.4apg and 1.9bpg. Great season indeed as he was selected to Asia-Basket.com All-ASEAN League 2nd Team.
He is a very experienced player. Thanks to Edwards' pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America) in four different countries. Edwards has played previously professionally in Finland (Vilpas), Greece, Israel (Hapoel Ramat Gan Givataim, Hapoel Upper Galilee Safed and Elitzur Yavne) and Spain (Leche Rio Breogan and Melilla).
His team won Finnish League Regular Season in 2017.
He attended University of Texas at Arlington until 2014 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
