Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most exciting game of round 19 in the ProB took place in Neustadt. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 7th ranked Seawolves Academy (9-10) to eighth ranked Neustadt TSV (9-9) 99-98 in the game for the seventh place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Seawolves Academy. Neustadt TSV outrebounded Rostock Acad. 48-32 including 19 on the offensive glass. Neustadt TSV looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Croatian Matej Jelovcic (185-1998) fired a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners. Aime Olma (193-2004) chipped in 10 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Neustadt TSV's coach Allan Ray used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Jalen Page (193-2002, college: Trevecca) produced 38 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 7 assists for lost side. Neustadt TSV moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Fellbach. Rostock Acad. at the other side dropped to the eighth position with ten games lost. Neustadt TSV is looking forward to face higher ranked H.Loewen (#6) in Herten in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Rostock Acad. will play on the road against Vechta 2 and is hoping to win this game.
Important game to mention about took place in Deisenhofen. Seventh ranked Deisenhofen (10-8) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 8th ranked Fellbach (9-9) 88-86 on Sunday evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Bulgarian Nikola-Alexander Jekov (191-2003) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 5 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Nedzad Muratovic contributed with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American Tyseem Lyles (185-1992, college: Mercy) answered with 30 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for Fellbach. Oberhaching moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Fellbach at the other side dropped to the seventh position with nine games lost. They share it with Neustadt TSV. Oberhaching will play against league's leader OrangeAcad. in Ulm in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Fellbach will play at home against the league's second-placed Coburg (#2) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Coburg. Second ranked Coburg faced 3rd placed Bayern. Host Coburg (12-5) defeated guests from Muenchen (10-8) 80-76. It was a great evening for Darius Dawson who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points. At the losing side Desmond Yiamu responded with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Bayern's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Coburg keeps a position of league leader, which they share with OrangeAcad. Loser Bayern dropped to the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Coburg will meet Fellbach (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. FC Bayern 2 will play against Dresden (#9) and hope to secure a win.

Other games of round 19 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:

Itzehoe managed to outperform BSW Sixers in a home game 83-82. Vechta 2 recorded a loss to TKS 49ers on the road 93-80. Frankfurt Jrs were defeated by OrangeAcad. on its own court 80-91. Speyer beat Langen in a road game 85-80. CATL Loewen lost to Ludwigsburg at home 88-102. Dresden managed to outperform Wuerzburg Ak. on the opponent's court 93-84.
The best stats of 19th round was 24 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists by Scott Stone of Dresden.




Rhoendorf - Schwelm 73-81

There was no surprise when 11th ranked Dragons Rhoendorf (7-12) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Schwelm (11-8) 81-73 on Saturday. Schwelm looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for American Zyon Patterson (201-2000, college: HSU) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points. Power forward Fabian Reichstadt (206-2003, college: CS Stanislaus) helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four Schwelm players scored in double figures. At the losing side American Juhwan Harris-Dyson (198-1999, college: California, agency: Origins Sports Group) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and Spanish guard Jorge Mejias (190-2001, college: TAMIU) scored 8 points, 8 assists and 4 steals. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Schwelm maintains fourth place with 11-8 record. Rhoendorf lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 12 games lost. They share it with TKS 49ers. Schwelm will meet at home higher ranked Itzehoe (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Rhoendorf will play against Westerstede (#5) and hope to secure a win.

No shocking result in a game when second ranked SSV Lok Bernau (14-5) defeated at home 5th ranked H.Loewen (10-9) 74-63 on Saturday. It was a great evening for Israeli-Spanish guard Guy Artman (185-2002) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 6 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Center Akim-Jamal Jonah (210-1998, college: San Diego) helped adding 10 points and 7 rebounds. SSV Lok Bernau's coach Dan Oppland used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Kosovan guard Faton Jetullahi (188-1994) responded with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and American-Guyanese guard Christian Hinckson (201-1999, college: Binghamton) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. SSV Lok Bernau have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 14-5 record having just two points less than leader OrangeAcad. Loser H.Loewen dropped to the sixth position with nine games lost. Very expected game when 12th ranked Kangaroos (6-13) were edged on the road by sixth ranked Westerstede (10-8) 90-88 on Saturday. However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Westerstede made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Iserlohn turnovers. It was a great evening for Swedish guard Beni Fungula (193-1999, college: MSUB, agency: BIG) who led his team to a victory scoring 36 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds.
