After the last weeks results, DASH Peristeri Athens is the official champion of the A2 and together with Ilysiakos Athens will play in the A1 the season 2009-1010. The team then had a couple of bad seasons and relegated in the second division where it remained for just two seasons, in the period 2006-2007 the team won the title in the second division and two seasons later the team is officially in the great salons of A1.
