Tsairelis comes back to Promitheas- July 29, 2022

Tsairelis ended the previous (2020-21) season at Peristeri where in 10 GBL games he averaged 7.5ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.7apg in that year. But the most of that year he spent at Iraklis. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 16 GBL games he got 5.6ppg and 3.6rpg in that year. He also played 3 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he got 6.7ppg and 3.0rpg in that year. Tsairelis also played 1 game in Basketball Champions League where he got 4 points and 1 steal in that year. He was a member of Greek international program for some years. Tsairelis was called to Greek Senior National Team between 2014 and 2020 and previously for U20 National Team in 2008. He has played previously professionally also in Spain (Tenerife) and Greece (Olympiacos, Aris, PAOK Thessaloniki, Gymnastikos Olympia Larissas and Trikala). Tsairelis won Greek League championship title in 2015 and 2016. Among many awards he received Eurobasket.com All-Greek A1 League Most Improved Player of the Year award and was voted to Eurobasket.com Greek A1 League All-Domestic Players Team back in 2014.
