Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Lefkadas (16-4) in Voula on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by fourth ranked Proteas (14-6) 73-67. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Lefkadas. Proteas made 24-of-26 free shots (92.3 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American forward Camron Reece (202-1999, college: Talladega) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Terran Petteway (198-1992, college: Nebraska, agency: MSG) contributed with 21 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) for the winners. Daniel Trent (-2002) answered with 16 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for Lefkadas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Proteas have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Lefkadas at the other side still keeps top position with four games lost. They share it with Vikos. Proteas are looking forward to face Psychikou (#7) in Athens in the next round. Lefkadas will play at home against Aigaleo (#15) and is hoping to win this game.
Important game to mention about took place in Lavrio. Ninth ranked Panerythraikos (10-10) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 8th ranked Lavrio (11-9) 100-98 on Wednesday evening. American point guard Derek StHilaire (183-1998, college: New Orleans) stepped up and scored 30 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners and Nikolaos Kamaras chipped in 22 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American guard Dakota Leffew (196, college: Georgia, agency: JCK Sports Group) with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Panerythraikos maintains ninth place with 10-10 record, which they share with Koroivos. Lavrio at the other side dropped to the seventh position with nine games lost. They share it with Psychikou. Panerythraikos will play against Peiramatiko (#12) at home in the next round. Lavrio will play against Niki Volou (#14) in NIki Volou and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game between 12th ranked Peiramatiko (8-13) and thirteenth ranked Sofadon (6-15) in Peiramatiko on Wednesday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from beat Peiramatiko 75-58. Konstantinos Chantzis nailed a double-double by scoring 15 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winning side. Georgios Notis came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds for Peiramatiko in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Sofadon have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain thirteenth place with 6-15 record. Peiramatiko lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 13 games lost. Sofadon will meet at home higher ranked Ermis S. (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Peiramatiko will play against Panerythraikos (#9) in New Eritrea and hope to secure a win.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 21: Koroivos beat Aigaleo on the road 79-71. Ermis S. won against Megaridas on its own court 87-79. Niki Volou unfortunately lost to Papagou in Athens 79-89. Vikos managed to beat Psychikou at home 70-55.

Aigaleo - Koroivos 71-79

No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Koroivos (10-10) beat on the road 15th ranked Aigaleo (3-17) 79-71 on Thursday. Koroivos outrebounded Aigaleo 44-32 including 30 on the defensive glass. Charilaos Paraskevopoulos (199-2005) nailed 18 points and 7 assists for the winning side and American forward Devin Davis (198-1995, college: Houston) accounted for 15 points and 8 rebounds. American point guard Christian Bradford (185-1995, college: Radford) came up with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Stylianos Velkos (-2008) added 14 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for Aigaleo in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Koroivos moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Panerythraikos. Loser Aigaleo keeps the fifteenth position with 17 games lost. Koroivos will meet at home higher ranked Papagou (#6) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Aigaleo will play against the league's leader Lefkadas (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
