MARDYKE UCC Demons reclaimed the NIVEA for Men SuperLeague title in sensational fashion at the Mardyke Arena yesterday when they defeated the favourites and defending champions, Abrakebabra Tigers, 91-81, in what was the best game of basketball seen here in years.
It was a fitting finale to a memorable season of highs and lows and Demons, who relinquished their national cup to Tigers at the end of January, experienced their fair share of both.
