After 3 rounds played we can already see who rules in the Division 1 and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Maree (2-1) in Galway on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Panthers (2-1) 84-73. Portlaoise is looking forward to face Malahide (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Maree will play against Ulster Univ. (#6) in Belfast and is hoping to win this game.
Important game to mention about took place in Killorglin. Lakers (2-1) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging Killorglin (0-3) 71-70 on Saturday evening. Killarney L. will play against Tolka Rovers (#5) in Dublin in the next round. Killorglin will play on the road against Templeogue in Dublin and hopes to get finally their first victory.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Dublin: Lions (#1) and Rovers (#5). Rovers were crushed at home by 30 points 56-86 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Dublin L. will meet Titans (#5) in the next round. Tolka Rovers will play against Killarney L. and look forward to get finally their first victory.

There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 3: Titans won against Tipp Talons on the opponent's court 85-78. Cuilinn managed to outperform Ulster Univ. in a home game 73-63. Templeogue lost to undefeated Drogheda on the road 75-96. Carrick defeated Malahide on its own court 89-77.

There was a minor upset in Thurles where Talons (1-2) were defeated by Titans (1-2) 85-78 on Saturday. Titans will meet at home Dublin L. in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Tipp Talons will play against Drogheda (#2) and hope to win that game.
