Maccabi Haifa (D1) agreed terms with swingman Offir Kesten-Raz (176). She has played for the last season at Raanana. In 24 Israeli D1 games she had 6.2ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.9apg and 1.3spg last season.
Kesten-Raz represented Israel at the European Championships U20 Division B in Prishtina (Kosovo) last year. Her stats at that event were 6 games: 1.7ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.7apg, 1.3spg.
Kesten-Raz has played previously for played also at Ramla.
Kesten-Raz played in the final of Israeli League in 2018. She was also voted Eurobasket.com All-European Championships U16 Division B Honorable Mention back in 2016.
