Newly promoted Maccabi Raanana (Winner League) inked experienced PG Joe Ragland.

Ragland, is a very experienced player. he is joining Raanana from Treviso, where he averaged 11.6 ppg, and had 8 apg. He has played also professionally in Greece (Peristeri), Italy (Armani Milano, Cantu and Avellino), Russia (Lokomotiv), Serbia (Crvena zvezda), Spain (UCAM), Turkey (Pinar Karsiyaka and Darussafaka Lassa) and is very familiar with the Israeli league as he played in Hapoel Tel Aviv, Hapoel Holon and Hapoel Eilat. His team made it to the Italian Cup Finalist in 2015 and 2016 final. was voted to Eurobasket.com Israeli League All-Imports Team in 2022 and 2023.
