Emma Zuccon is a newcomer at Rovigo

- July 8, 2024

POSTED BY: Eurobasket News

Serie A2 newcomer Rhodigium Basket Rovigo strengthened their roster with the addition of 18-year-old 181cm forward Emma Zuccon. She has played for the last two years at the junior team of Umana Reyer Venezia in the Serie A1. Serie A1 was a little too high level for her, where in only one Serie A1 game she did not score anything. Serie A2 will be definitely a better match and she can see more playing time.
She represented Italy at the FIBA U16 Women's European Championship in Matosinhos (Portugal) two years ago. During this event, she scored an average of 5.3 ppg and had 8.6 rpg.

Rhodigium Basket Rovigo roster for 2024-25:

Guards:
Camilla Bonivento
Michela Battilotti
Gaia Castelli

Forwards:
Sara Zanetti
Ludovica Tumeo

Center:
Nicole Leghissa
