Bora inks Fisnik Rugova

KB Bora Prishtina (Superliga) signed experienced 36-year-old ex-international power forward Fisnik Rugova (207cm-99kg-1989) for the upcoming 2026-27 season. He played last season at KB Rahoveci. In 27 Superliga games in Kosovo, he had 8.3ppg, 6.5rpg, and 1.7apg. The 2025-26 season was great for him as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Kosovo League All-Domestic Players Team.
He has spent his entire career in Kosovo playing for three other teams: Sigal Prishtina, Penza, and Bashkimi.
Rugova played in the final of Liga Unike in 2025. He is close to retirement age as a player. It's very possible he may end his playing career at Bora.
