26-year old American guard Zahir Porter (198cm-82kg-2000, college: Weber State) left VEF Riga (LBL). In 13 games he had very impressive stats: 17.7ppg, 3.9rpg and 2.6apg this season. He also played 5 games in Basketball Champions League where he recorded also remarkable stats: 15.8ppg, 4.0rpg and 3.2apg.
He has played professionally in Portugal between Vitoria SC/Costa Guerreiro Lda. and Slovakia during Iskra Svit.
His team finished as the runner-up in the regular season in the Big Sky Conference in 2021.
Porter graduated from Weber State in 2023 and is currently in his third season as a professional player. He has also played for other colleges such as Independence Community College and New York Institute of Technology.
