Maxwell's 23 points and 9 rebounds give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

28-year old forward Stephen Maxwell (201-F-93) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Peja and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had the game-high 23 points adding nine rebounds and four assists for Peja in his team's victory, helping them to crush Vllaznia (#8, 1-5) with 25-point margin 101-76. Peja maintains the 2nd position in Liga Unike . They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Peja will need more victories to improve their 4-2 record. Maxwell turned to be Peja's top player in his first season with the team. California State University Northridge graduate has very impressive stats this year. Maxwell is in league's top in points (8th best: 18.7ppg), rebounds (8th best: 8.0rpg) and averages solid 64.9% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Henrik Sirko (199-F-93) of top-ranked Ylli. He is Croatian forward in his first season at Ylli. In the last game Sirko recorded impressive 23 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course he led Ylli to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Tirana (#4, 3-3) 103-71. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Ylli consolidated its place in the very top position of the standings. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 5 matches. Sirko is a newcomer at Ylli and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Reggie Clark (178-PG) of Tirana (#4). Clark scored 26 points and grabbed five rebounds. Despite Clark's great performance Tirana lost 71-103 to #1 ranked Ylli. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Tirana needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Clark has a great season in Liga Unike. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.8ppg (4th best).
