DaQuan Bracey claims Liga Unike Hoops Agents weekly honour

American DaQuan Bracey (180-PG-1997) put on an amazing game in the last round for KB Peja and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 28-year old playmaker had the game-high 30 points adding six assists for Peja in his team's victory, helping them to crush Vllaznia (#3, 2-3) with 23-point margin 93-70. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Peja maintains the 4th position in Liga Unike . Peja is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. In the team's last game Bracey had a remarkable 90.9% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Peja and it was his first game, where he immediately became new team's leader.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Peja's star - young American forward Cesare Edwards (208-F-2002). Edwards impressed basketball fans with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Of course together with Bracey he helped KB Peja with another comfortable win outscoring slightly higher-ranked Vllaznia (#3, 2-3) 93-70. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Peja consolidated its place in top 4 of the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 1-2 record. Edwards is a newcomer at Peja and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was Lithuanian Donatas Sabeckis (198-PG-1992) of second-ranked Golden Eagle Ylli. Sabeckis showcased his all-around game by recording 13 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Ylli, leading his team to a 80-59 easy win against #1 ranked Apolonia. Ylli needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 1 lost game. The season just started for Sabeckis as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.
