Zalgiris repeated as Citadele King Mindaugas Cup winners. They beat Lietkabelis for the 2024 trophy. Keenan Evans (191-G-1996, college: Texas Tech) scored 16 points to lead the Kaunas team.
Zalgiris led by four points after the first period. But they ignited a 29-19 rally in the second term to take a 52-38 halftime advantage. Zalgiris held their opponents to just 32 points in the second half and raced to a well-deserved win at the end. Laurynas Birutis (213-C-1997), Brady Manek (206-PF-1998, college: UNC) and Tomas Dimsa (195-SG-1994) accounted for 12 points each for Zalgiris. Deividas Sirvydis (204-G/F-2000) answered with 15 points, while Gediminas Orelik (200-F-1990) had 13 points for Lietkabelis.
