Murgi tabs Davy Rocha

Fitosur Baloncesto Murgi (Tercera FEB) signed 24-year-old Luxembourg international 203cm center Davy Rocha for the upcoming season. He last played for CDE Becedo Santander. In 18 Tercera FEB games in Spain, he averaged 9.9ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.3apg, and 1.6spg last season. He also played for BBC Mambra Mamer (LBBL) in the Luxembourg league.
Rocha has been a member of the Luxembourg international program for some years. He has regularly played for the Luxembourg senior team since 2023 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2021.
Rocha has played for other Luxembourg teams such as Residence, Etzella, and CFBB Luxembourg U16 team.
In 2021, his team reached the League Semifinals. He received the Eurobasket.com All-European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 Division B Honorable Mention in 2017.
