Mieczyslaw Mlynarski, Polish forward from the champion team Gornik Zamek Ksiaz Walbrzych, was named the Forward of the Year of I Liga. He was also selected to the First Team. Mlynarski led the I Liga in points per game with over 24. Krzysztof Fikiel, 24-year old Polish center from the TS Wisla Krakow, was voted the Center of the Year at the I Liga. He was also chosen to the First Team. Fikiel showcased his talent by ranking fourth in points per game with an average of almost 23. Wojciech Zdrodowski, 28-year old Polish forward from the WKS Slask Wroclaw, was named to the First Team of I Liga. He averaged 21 points per game in the league. Dariusz Zelig, 24-year old guard from the WKS Slask Wroclaw, earned a spot in the First Team at the I Liga. He recorded almost 18 points per game that season in the league.
