Cornella signs Raimon Carrasco

CB Cornella (LEB Silver) signed 21-year old guard Raimon Carrasco (188cm) for upcoming 2021-22 season. Carrasco played last season at Benicarlo. In 25 LEB Silver games he had 11.2ppg, 2.8rpg, 2.3apg and 1.3spg.
He ended the previous (2019-20) season at MoraBanc Andorra. But in three Eurocup games he did not score anything and had only 2 rebounds and 2 assists. But the most of that year he spent at Andorra (EBA) where in 20 games he recorded very impressive stats: 16.0ppg, 3.7rpg, 2.3apg and 1.4spg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals.
He represented Spain at the European Championships U18 in Slovakia four years ago. Carrasco's team won Silver and his stats at that event were 7 games: 1.4ppg, 1.6rpg, 1.3apg, 1.4spg.
Carrasco has played previously for three other teams: FC Barcelona Lassa 2nd team, Sant Josep and Girona.
