Croatian Luka Bozic (200-SF-1996) had a great game in the last round for Coviran Granada, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 24.
The 29-year old player was the main contributor (25 points, seven rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to edge out Lleida (#13, 8-16) 92-89. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Coviran Granada maintains the 18th position in Spanish Liga Endesa. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked at the very bottom. They already lost 21 games and recorded just three victories. Bozic turned to be Coviran Granada's top player in his first season with the team. Luka Bozic has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (9th best: 14.7ppg), rebounds (8th best: 6.0rpg) and averages impressive 51.6% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Ukrainian Artem Pustovyi (219-C-1992, agency: Octagon Europe) of MoraBanc Andorra. Pustovyi had a very good evening with a double-double of 23 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as MoraBanc Andorra lost that game 79-88 to the higher-ranked Baskonia (#4, 16-7). Andorra is still second from the bottom in the standings. 18 lost games are too many comparing to just six victories MoraBanc Andorra managed to get this year. Pustovyi is a newcomer at Andorra, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Icelandic center Tryggvi Hlinason (215-C-1997) of Surne Bilbao Basket (#9). Hlinason scored 16 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Despite Hlinason's great performance the Surne Bilbao lost 81-100 to the higher-ranked Murcia (#3, 17-7). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Bilbao needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 14 victories and 11 lost games. Hlinason has a great season in Spain. After 25 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 6.6rpg (2nd best). He also has 1.3bpg and a FGP of 65.9%.
