Norrkoping Dolphins celebrated Cup 2023/24 title in Sweden in front of 8,000 spectators. They overcame Nassjo 86:80 in a thriller.
Both teams nailed 24 points each in the first quarter, whilst Norrkoping Dolphins grabbed a 5-point lead at the halftime due to an 18-13 run in the second period. Norrkoping Dolphins posted 22 points in the third and then in the last stanza to seal the trophy.
Marcus Tyus (185-G-1994, college: Omaha) top-scored for the winners with 19 points, Tim Schuberg (188-G-1995) added 16 and Felix Terins (188-PG-1998) produced 14. Charles Barton (193-PG-1992, college: Oregon St.) replied with 23 points in a loss, Nyameye Adom (185-G-1998, college: Wheaton, IL, agency: Promo Sport ID) notched 18 and Dartaye Ruffin (205-C-1991, college: Drexel) had 14.
