An interesting game for Kings (9-6) which played road game in Gwynneville against 3rd placed Illawarra Hawks (7-7). First ranked Kings managed to get a 6-point victory 99-93. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Illawarra Hawks. The guests were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 27-21 Illawarra Hawks' run in the last quarter cut the lead to 99-93 at the end of the game.
