The game in Celovec was also quite interesting. Fourth rankedBBU (8-11) played at the court of 7th ranked KOS (1-18). BBU did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 86-67 on Saturday. BBU Salzburg looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Center Marko Rakic (200-1999) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and the former international forward Aleksandar Andjelkovic (203-1997) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Samuel Seher (193-2003) with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists and 6 steals and Slovenian guard Veljko Dena (192-2003) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. BBU Salzburg maintains fourth place with 8-11 record. KOS lost fourteenth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 18 games lost. BBU Salzburg will meet at home league's leader Piraten in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. KOS will play against Raiders (#3) and hope to win that game.
