We should mention about the upset which took place in Celovec, where higher rankedKOS (8-12) lost at home to fourteenth ranked Steiermark (5-15) 79-83 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of KOS. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized American guard Justin McCaw (190-1998) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 7 rebounds and guard Niklas Michel (180-2006) who added 21 points during the contest. Four Steiermark players scored in double figures. Slovenian guard Veljko Dena (192-2003) responded with 34 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 5 assists (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field) and forward Marin Sliskovic (198-1995) scored 17 points. Steiermark moved-up to thirteenth place. Loser KOS keeps the tenth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Dornbirn.
