Semi-Finals Game 2: Al-Muharraq - Al-Ahli 62-78

Al Ahli rallied past Al Muharraq to even the semifinal series at 1-1. Al-Ahli outrebounded Al-Muharraq 44-31 including 33 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American-Lebanese center Loren Woods (218-78, college: Arizona) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 22 rebounds. The former international forward Hesham Sarhan (-92) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. American power forward Arnett Moultrie (208-90, college: Mississippi St., agency: Interperformances) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds and Ali Nader added 15 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Al-Muharraq's coach Rajko Toroman rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win.
