Regular Season Round 4: Trutnov - Ruzomberok 55-94

An exciting game was played in Trutnov. Second ranked SlovakianRuzomberok faced 4th ranked Czech Trutnov . Guests from Ruzomberok (5-1) smashed host Trutnov (3-3) 94-55 . They outrebounded Trutnov 41-26 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Ruzomberok players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Trutnov 's players. Trutnov was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Ukrainian forward Olha Yatskovets (188-1997, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Montenegrin guard Sofija Zivaljevic (179-1997, college: NDSU) contributed with 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five Ruzomberok players scored in double figures. American guard Meghan Boyd (155, college: Colorado St.) replied with 12 points and her fellow American import power forward Kiara Bell (188-2000, college: UMBC) added 10 points in the effort for Trutnov. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ruzomberok have an impressive five-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Hradec Kralove. Trutnov at the other side keeps the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with SBS Ostrava.
