Semi-Finals Game 4: MEXICO - EL SALVADOR 60-48

Mexico roll over El Salvador in the Classification Round of the Centrobasket 2014. The hosts of the tournament posted a 60:48 win and will take on Jamaica in the game for the 5th place tomorrow. El Salvador surprised the hosts with a 13-11 run in the opening period and added 12-9 rally in the second frame. The third period however was decisive in the game as Mexico erupted with a 23-7 surge and never looked behind after. Mexico finished the game with a 17-16 rally and sealed the victory. Asencio Casandra paced all the winners with 16 points and Sanchez Sandra nailed 14. Estrada Paola scored 10, whilst Lara Myriam had 9. Martinez Hillary produced 24 points and Escobar Monica had 13 in a loss.
