The game had a very big importance for Colo Colo as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Colo Colo smashed bottom-ranked Puente Alto in Santiago 82-63. Colo Colo forced 22 Puente Alto turnovers and had a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds.
