Regular Season Round 1: Liceo Curico - Aleman 78-56

First defeat of Aleman (0-1) against Liceo Curico (1-0) 78-56 was the most important game of the last round. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Marcelo Perez (193-99) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Benjamin Acuna (182-88) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Four Liceo Curico players scored in double figures. Forward Marko Castro (192-88) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and forward Marcelo Villagran (184-88) added 17 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Aleman. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Aleman will play next round against strong Brisas trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Liceo Curico will try to continue on its current victory against Puente Alto on the road.
