AB Ancud topped Puerto Montt to reach the next round of playoffs. Puerto Montt was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Deangelo Kirkland (203, college: Columbus St., agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds and international guard Sebastian Suarez (193-91, college: Portland St.) who added 19 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals during the contest. AB Ancud's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side American forward Devon Scott (206-94, college: Philander Smith) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists and his fellow American import guard Jay Hook (193-93, college: Tulane) scored 12 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
