No shocking result in a game in Dubrovnik where third rankedRagusa (6-1) smashed 7th ranked Pula-Orca (2-5) 105-68 on Saturday. Ragusa forced 26 Pula-Orca turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Pula-Orca 's players. It was a great evening for the former international forward Iva Todoric (174-1993) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals. International Tihana Stojsavljevic (191-1997, college: Virginia) helped adding 15 points and 9 rebounds. Ragusa's coach Simona Soda felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side center Karolina Skare (183-2005, agency: Highlight Athletes) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and Bosnian guard Marija Vrdoljak (186-2005) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Five Ragusa and four Pula-Orca players scored in double figures. Defending champion moved-up to second place. Pula-Orca lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with five games lost. They share it with Zadar and KAZL Split.
