Fourth-ranked Olomouc Bbal (7-6) made lots of trouble for first ranked Kralovsti sokoli (14-1) on Sunday. The visitors from Hradec Kralove managed to secure only one-point victory 81-80. However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Olomouc Bbal. It was a great evening for forward Ondrej Peterka (198-91, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Petr Andres (179-93) helped adding 22 points and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was swingman Marek Sehnal (196-96) with 23 points and Martin Novak (199-93) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Kralovsti sokoli have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place in East with 14-1 record. Olomouc Bbal at the other side dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. Kralovsti sokoli will meet at home Pardubice (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Olomouc Bbal will play against the league's second-placed Novy Jicin (#2) and hope to secure a win.
