The game with biggest result difference took place in Kastrup. LocalAmager (11-15) beat 9th ranked Herlev (8-19) 93-76 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Herlev. They outrebounded Herlev 47-31 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Guard Oscar Quackenbush (187-1999) scored 30 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Tomas Bjarkason (204-1999, college: Lewis, agency: BIG) chipped in 11 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest. Four Amager and five Herlev players scored in double figures. Herlev's coach Erez Bittman rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Amager maintains seventh position with 11-15 record. Loser Herlev keeps the ninth place with 19 games lost. They share the position with Vaerlose. Amager will meet bottom-ranked BAC (#11) in the next round. Herlev will play against Holbaek and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
