Quarter-Finals Round 1: TLU/Kalev - Parnu 75-70

TLU/Kalev held off Parnu to surge ahead in the series. It looked good early as Parnu took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then TLU/Kalev had a 23-16 second period charge getting the lead and Parnu was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 70-75. TLU/Kalev made 16-of-21 charity shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Parnu was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Canadian guard Johnny Berhanemeskel (188-92, agency: Two Points) nailed 25 points for the winning side and Lithuanian center Dominykas Milka (203-92, college: St.Rose, NY) accounted for 11 points and 7 rebounds. TLU/Kalev's coach Kalle Klandorf allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. International power forward Joonas Jarvelainen (202-90) came up with 23 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Mark Dorris (188-85, college: Marshall, agency: Hoopsit) added 9 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Parnu in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
