Regular Season Round 10: Buducnost - Besiktas 88-90

The most exciting game of round 10 in the Eurocup took place in Podgorica. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 7th ranked MontenegrinBuducnost (4-6) to sixth ranked Turkish Besiktas (6-4) 90-88 on Wednesday evening. Worth to mention a great performance of American Jonah Mathews (191-1998, college: USC) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The other American import Kelan Martin (201-1995, college: Butler) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Five Besiktas players scored in double figures. Bosnian center Kenan Kamenjas (207-2000) replied with 21 points and Bosnian-Croatian swingman Mateo Dreznjak (195-1999) added 17 points in the effort for Buducnost. Buducnost's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Besiktas moved-up to third place, which they share with 4 other teams. Defending Montenegrin champion Buducnost keeps the seventh position with six games lost.
