ButRagusa was not able to use a home court advantage and was crushed by the opponent from Brno 85-46 on Thursday night. KP Brno forced 19 Ragusa turnovers and outrebounded them 43-24 including 28 on the defensive glass. KP Brno looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. notched 18 points to lead the effort and supported her with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Four KP Brno players scored in double figures. KP Brno's coach felt very confident using 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 10 points and 7 rebounds by forward Iva Todoric (174-1993) did not help to save the game for Ragusa . Guard Carmen Miloglav (170-1991, college: FIU) added 6 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the hosts.
