Third ranked MZT Skopje (16-5) crushed at home 9th ranked Pelister Bitola (7-15) by 33 points 97-64, which is the biggest margin this round on Wednesday night. MZT Skopje outrebounded Pelister Bitola 40-29 including a 33-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. International Damjan Stojanovski (198-87, agency: BeoBasket) fired 17 points (perfect from downtown making all five shots) for the winners. The former international guard Darko Sokolov (189-86) chipped in 18 points. Five MZT Skopje players scored in double figures. Montenegrin center Miko Golubovic (206-82, agency: Global Sports Plaza) produced 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and point guard Martin Trsunov (175-99) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MZT Skopje have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains third position with 16-5 record having six points less than leader Rabotnicki.
