No shocking result in a game when fifth rankedMarsky Helsinki (2-2) beat at home bottom-ranked ToPo (0-3) 81-70 on Friday. HBA-Marsky forced 26 ToPo turnovers. Strangely ToPo outrebounded HBA-Marsky 42-29 including 16 on the offensive glass. The winners were led by who scored that evening 23 points and 8 steals and supported her with 18 points. Marsky Helsinki's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds by guard Lauren Heard (175-1999, college: TCU) did not help to save the game for ToPo . Canadian guard Sarah Gates (177-1999) added 19 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. HBA-Marsky maintains fifth position with 2-2 record. Loser ToPo still closes the standings with three games lost. They share the position with Kouvot.
