Peli-Karhut made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Tapiolan Honka 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Delanie Crawford (180-2003, college: Tulsa) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 28 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Her fellow American import guard Lauren Heard (175-1999, college: TCU) contributed with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Four Peli-Karhut players scored in double figures. Guard Emma Lampen (175-2003) answered with 6 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Maija Kuisma (175-2001) added 13 points in the effort for Tapiolan Honka. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
