Pantterit outrebounded PeU-Basket 45-33 including 34 on the defensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by PeU-Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was guard Aaron Ekwere (190-2006) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 14 rebounds. Spanish center Garang Machol (205-2005) chipped in 9 points and 14 rebounds. Pantterit's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Thomas Ronnholm (193-2003) produced 21 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists and point guard Daniel Rantapaju (182-2004) added 23 points respectively for the hosts.
