Important game to mention about took place in Saint Chamond. Ninth ranked Provence Basket (9-8) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 15th ranked Saint Chamond (7-10) 89-87 on Friday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 28-25 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Saint Chamond was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American-Nigerian Derrick Obasohan (203-81, college: Texas Arlington, agency: Beo Basket) who scored 33 points (!!!)
