No shocking result in a game when first ranked SPO Rouen (14-3) won against at home 11th ranked Pontoise (6-10) 68-62 on Tuesday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. SPO Rouen outrebounded Pontoise 41-27 including a 32-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Moroccan forward Karim Gourari (203-1989) who scored 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Point guard William Mensah (175-1995) chipped in 10 points. Five SPO Rouen players scored in double figures. SPO Rouen's coach Sylvain Delorme used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
