Round 4 most important game was a defeat of league's leaderLoon-Plage (3-1). They were defeated by fourth ranked Besancon (3-1) 90-84 on Friday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Loon-Plage. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Besancon shot 61.1 percent from the field and made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Calvin Jubenot (198-1986) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 6 rebounds and Luxembourg forward Ben Kovac (196-2000) who added 19 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Besancon players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Jordan Robertson (190-1996, college: Colgate) responded with 33 points (!!!) and Matthias Flosse (210-1998) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Loon-Plage's coach Quentin Wadoux rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Besancon have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Loon-Plage .
