There was an upset when 4th placedUnion Rennes (2-2) was defeated on the road by fourteenth ranked Poissy (2-3) 80-67 on Tuesday. Poissy forced 19 Rennes turnovers. Strangely Rennes outrebounded Poissy 42-28 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Poissy looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Swingman Olivier Yao-Delon (194-1995) stepped up and scored 20 points for the winners and Lithuanian guard Kevin Cham (185-1998) chipped in 13 points and 7 assists. Four Poissy players scored in double figures. Point guard Paul Billong (193-2001) responded with 13 points and 9 assists and forward Joffrey Sclear (200-1995) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. Union Rennes' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Poissy moved-up to ninth place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Union Rennes dropped to the seventh position with two games lost. They share it with Berck and Vitre.
