The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-rankedQuimper UJAP (15-2) on the court of fourth ranked Vendee Challans on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by Vendee Challans 77-68 . It ended at the same time the 11-game winning streak of Quimper UJAP. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Vendee Challans (11-6) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Tarbes-Lourdes and Orchies. Quimper at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost.
