Second-rankedBLMA (11-6) made lots of trouble for first ranked Bourges (15-2) on Sunday. Bourges managed to secure only two-point victory 66-64 . However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BLMA. The best player for the winners was American-Nigerian power forward Amy Okonkwo (188-1996, college: TCU) who scored 20 points. Ivorian center Kariata Diaby (193-1995) chipped in 8 points and 10 rebounds. Bourges' coach Olivier Lafargue used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American swingman Jasmine Bailey (176-1990, college: UIC) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and forward Nell Angloma (181-2006) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. Bourges have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place with 15-2 record. BLMA at the other side keeps the second position with six games lost. They share it with Charleville-M. and Charnay.
