Regular Season Round 20: Angers - Lyon 59-53

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 7th ranked Lyon's (10-10) road loss to sixth ranked Angers (12-8) 53-59 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Anna Ngo Ndjock (177-1999, college: Carleton) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and American forward Joy Adams (180-1993, college: Iona) who added 3 points and 15 rebounds during the contest. International center Dominique Malonga (198-2005) responded with 8 points and 15 rebounds and Spanish Laura Quevedo (185-1996, college: Miami, FL) scored 6 points and 9 rebounds. Angers moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Charleville-M. Loser Lyon keeps the seventh position with ten games lost. Angers will meet Charleville-M. (#5) on the road in the next round. Lyon will play against Charnay and hope to secure a win.
