Regular Season Round 7: Nice - La Tronche 61-76

Very expected game when 10th ranked Nice (2-5) lost at home to fifth ranked La Tronche (5-2) 76-61 on Saturday. La Tronche dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Nice's 24. La Tronche forced 24 Nice turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Aurore Pautou (188-1982, agency: BIG) who led the winners and scored 25 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Maroussia Droguet accounted for 9 points and 6 assists for the winning side. Emma Villas-Gomis (190-1998, college: N.Texas) came up with 15 points and 5 rebounds and Pauline Lanfant (175-2002) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Nice in the defeat. La Tronche moved-up to second place, which they share with Aulnoye and PVBC. Nice lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth position with five games lost. They share it with CFBB.
