No shocking result in a game when ninth rankedLa Roche (5-8) defeated at home bottom-ranked Toulouse (2-10) 83-74 on Wednesday. American point guard Stella Johnson (173-1998, college: Rider) stepped up and scored 34 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Laetitia Sahie chipped in 17 points. At the losing side the former international point guard Hortense Limouzin (165-1998) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists and American Jessica Lindstrom (185-1996, college: Green Bay) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds. Toulouse's coach Xavier Noguera tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. The victory was the third consecutive win for La Roche . They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Lyon. Newly promoted Toulouse stay at the bottom position with ten games lost.
