We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 8th rankedVitre (15-22) lost to ninth ranked Pays Salonais (16-23) in Sapela 74-85 on Tuesday. Point guard Alexandre Fanchini (183-1999, college: Colby CC) nailed 31 points and 5 assists for the winning side and American forward Dion Wright (201-1993, college: St.Bonaventure) accounted for 22 points and 5 rebounds. Power forward Sullivan Hernandez (204-1995, college: Laramie CC) came up with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and American guard Leo DeBruhl (190, college: UC Davis) added 23 points and 4 assists respectively for Vitre in the defeat. Four Vitre players scored in double figures. Vitre's coach Fabien Calvez tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Pays Salonais have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Angers. Vitre lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with 22 games lost.
