Date: April 23, 2026
Kavkasia was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 25-12 third quarter run of TSU. The former international forward Aleksandre Phevadze (207-1998) contributed with 9 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four TSU players scored in double figures. International point guard Luka Maziashvili (187-2000, college: UMass Lowell) answered with 13 points and 6 assists and American forward Nehemiah Benson (201-2002, college: Binghamton) added 11 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Kavkasia. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
